Dues and Fees
Association dues are $280 annually, effective May 1, 2023 and are billed quarterly at $70.00 per quarter. You may pay annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. These dues pay for weekly trash & yard service, maintenance of the common areas (7.5) acres, water meters for common areas, liability insurance, printing (newsletter, welcome packets, directory), postage, Administrator fees, activities, office supplies, etc.
There are associated Fees that apply under certain situations:
Late Fee: $5.00 if invoice is not paid by end of Invoice Month
Transfer Fee: $50.00 upon any change to a deed
Interest: Eight (8%) Percent if not paid by year-end
Lien Fee: $200.00 plus all associated filing fees and other collection costs
