About Us
The Summit Station Property Owners Association was established in November 1977. As time went on, the additions of Victoria Station and Windsor Station happened.
The SSPOA is a 'not for profit' corporation under the Incorporation Laws of the State of Missouri.
Membership in the SSPOA is limited to homeowners only.
The affairs of the the SSPOA is managed by a Board of Directors. The number of Directors are eight (8). The term of office is 2 years and are elected at the Annual Meeting in May. Four (4) Directors shall be elected in even numbered years and four(4) in odd numbered years.
